Parcel Metrics
The Metrics Dialog allows you to define parcel metrics for both Box Matching and Stored Metrics. The dialog is accessible by right clicking a record in the Records Tab and selecting Change Carrier Details>Parcel Metrics or from the settings dialog Tools>Settings>Records>Define boxes.

External metrics

Sets the external dimensions and weight of the box. These are passed to the carrier as the size and weight of the parcel.

Stored boxes

Boxes that you have predefined, either for use in Stored Metrics, Shipping Rules or Box Matching.
If you are using Box Lookup The Size are Tare values are needed to deduct from the outside metrics, to give the useable inside size of the box. e.g. If the box has 5mm thick walls and you want to allow 5mm space on each side, Size should be 20mm.
