Slow when combining records
Packing partner keeps all your collected records in the recent database for 0 to 7 days depending on the setting on Tools>Options>Records>Days to keep recent.

To move the records through the system, they need to be marked as shipped in the Records Tab as well as the sales channel you collected them from.The ideal method is to Collect the records, mark them as printed and shipped, then Update that status back to the sales channel from the Browser Tab.

Marking as shipped after printing
If you pack and send everything that you print out, you can mark records as Shipped after printing by changing the setting in Tools>Options>Records>Dialog after print

Updating records to the sales channel
If you use the sales channel method to mark records shipped, you don't have to use the update method provided by Packing Partner. However, using it will ensure that the records stay synchronised between Packing Partner and your sales channel.
