Click & Drop Labels

Click & Drop IOSS requirements have changed - 15th Oct 2021

Customs Declaration Category is now mandatory:

You will not be able to generate Royal Mail labels on Click and Drop without setting a default value, to do that:

• Go to Settings in Click and Drop, and then Default customs information.

• On the left, ensure Apply the following default package contents to international orders is ticked

• Select the appropriate option from the Customs Declaration Category and press Save.

You should now be able to upload your international details to Click & Drop.
