Upgrading to Click & Drop API

Changing to On Demand Labels for Royal Mail

1. Ensure you're up to date, you can update Packing Partner from here.

2. Subscribe for an appropriate monthly level of RM label credits from Tools>Subscriptions>On Demand Royal Mail Labels.
   If you don't have an account, just click the top button under User Account.
   You can change the subscription level at any time.
   Label credits are valid for one month, you can top-up if you run short.

3. Add your Click and Drop API credentials as described here.

4. Go to Tools>Options > System and Press CTRL+Shift to reveal a hidden menu. Choose Migrate Click & Drop to API and then click Run. This will convert your shipping rules and presets to work with On Demand labels.

Creating labels

1. In the Records Tab, click Shipping>Edit Shipping Rules, then click Save, and click Yes, to apply shipping rules.

2. Check the label orientation for On Demand labels, from Tools>Options>Shipper.
   If you already use On Demand Labels for another carrier, it should be set correctly.

3. Select a single Click & Drop record to test, then click Carrier>Create Carrier Labels
