Update 29th July 2021

We have just released an update to upload IOSS Numbers to Click & Drop.

Ensure you are using at least V3.5.3.12 of Packing Partner click here to download.

The upload columns on Click & Drop will need to be remapped. Please see our help page for details and setting up Packing Partner and Click&Drop.

Please Note

Click and Drop have changed the codes they use for IOSS international deliveries. please see here for the changes.

We have left the current support for Trading names as Royal Mail haven't given any clear details if this is still required.
