PP gives me the following error when trying to despatch orders on Amazon today: "Cannot find SPAPI credentials for [My Company Name]".
I have tried renewing the credentials and I've also updated PP but I'm still getting the same error.
Anything else I can try?
Thanks for the post. There was a change to Amazon - please can you update PP and the issue should be resolved. Any problems of course please let us know.
I am already running the latest version of PP (188.8.131.52).
I just tried reinstalling it again but I'm still getting the same error.
Would removing the Amazon connection entirely and creating a new one from scratch fix it?
SOLVED! The account name in credentials was empty for some reason.
